Introduction

Hi, and welcome to my blog. I’ve never written a blog before so I’m just going to wing it. I’ll be honest, I’m computer illiterate and really don’t care to be otherwise. I know how to use word and I can shop, what else does a woman need?

First off, for anyone who may have read my earlier works, I’m not sure if or when I’ll ever finish them. As my last printed work revealed, I have changed since I died. I don’t think or write the way I used to. I’m by no means perfect. I still swear on occasion, although I am working on that. I have lots of faults that I’m working on, but I don’t believe God expects different. He didn’t create me to be perfect. He knows I could never obtain that, and He wouldn’t set me a goal I couldn’t reach. He wants His children to succeed. We are not meant to consider ourselves failures. We our perfect in our imperfections. We are God’s creation.

I just summed up my writing style. I’m devoted to our Lord, and my writing, although fictional will express that devotion. I’m not going to pretend I won’t come off as preachy. I most likely will. I intend for my writing to explore not so much Biblical prophecy, but to look at the modern world’s interpretations of them. I am not an expert by any means. I am simply going to voice opinions and hopefully open up minds.

I am the first to tell you I’m wrong as much as I am right, so feel free to correct me. Again, I’m no expert, but if I make you think about what you feel, then I’ve accomplished what I set out to do.

Currently, I’m at work on a post-apocalyptic story. It’s part survival fiction with a touch or so of romance. Mostly, it’s a “what if”. I don’t believe the world will end until God says He is done. Mankind seems to think they are in control. I find that amusing.

Well, I think that is enough of an introduction. I’ll try to keep you up to date on my progress, but I don’t promise. I’ve already started over, so the first 10 chapters went into the recycle bin and I’m back to chapter 2.  I’m pretty sure this is the direction I want to go, but again, no promises.

Have a wonderful New Year. May God bless you and yours. Until next time.
